Shipping Policy – Hideaway Homestead Ranch

All of our products are made to order, which means we don’t keep inventory on hand. Each piece is printed, embroidered, or packaged just for you.

Processing & Fulfillment:
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times (U.S. Orders):
Once fulfilled, most orders ship via standard USPS or UPS and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

International Shipping:
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Wrong Address or Missing Package:
Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal carrier first.

If your package arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
